Goodwins Builders Providers is Ireland’s leading building providers and is based in County Dublin. Webwriter worked onsite at Goodwins head office in Lucan.

Some of the work carried out on the Goodwins website included:

• Introduction of new functionality on the website including a Search Box and Newsletter sign-up.
• Compiling hundreds of product descriptions for all building products as well as construction and home improvement materials. Writing and managing the company enewsletter ensuring clients were kept informed about new products, new services, special offers and promotions.
• Optimising the website (Search Engine Optimisation) to improve Goodwin’s rankings in Google.
• Submitting the website to different online directories to boost off-page optimisation.
• Changing the navigation of the site so that is was more user-friendly.
• Consulting in the redesign of the homepage.
• Creating content for the entire website.
• Sourcing and resizing website imagery.
• Introducing a Special Offers section on the site to increase sales.
